ask your officials to take The Pledge.

Ask Congress (Senators and Reps) and all the Presidential candidates to implement two of the constitutional amendments recommended by Michael Moore and a contractual obligation as discussed by David Icke in his video "The One Party State."

I am absolutely convinced that they will not. They will not abandon politics as usual until you start abandoning them.

Have a Pledge Party and handout "the Pledge." Ask yours friends to ask our representatives in Washington to take this Pledge and watch what they say and do. Watch what you thought were moral politicians

morph into political hypocrites right before your eyes.

I am sorry to be so forceful, but the corruption, the corporate media control and the political puppetry by the ultra rich

is "off the charts." It is beyond anything most people can even imagine

and

unless we take DRASTIC measures this next election cycle

it will be all but over.

You will then have only have yourselves to blame.

For me the choice is obvious.

My Pledge to the Citizens of America

As a duly elected representative of the public I cannot in good conscience commit our sons and daughters to battle and possible death, to expose US citizens to the economic devastation of continuous war and forced austerity, to the destruction of our constitution and several of our civil liberties without ensuring that the rights of the public are reflected in our current laws.

Consequently I hereby PUBLICLY state to my constituency and to every American citizen that within 90 days of my receipt of this Pledge I will sponsor or cosponsor the following :

a) A constitutional amendment that fixes our broken electoral system by 1) completely removing campaign contributions from the political process; 2) requiring all elections to be publicly financed; 3) moving election day to the weekend to increase voter turnout; 4) making all Americans registered voters at the moment of their birth; 5) banning computerized voting and requiring that all elections take place on paper ballots.

b) A constitutional amendment declaring that corporations are not people and do not have the constitutional rights of citizens. This amendment should also state that the interests of the general public and society must always come before the interests of corporations.

c) A constitutional amendment requiring me to document the issues I feel strongly about in the form of a contract with America. This contract will clearly document legislative initiatives that I will attempt to make as a representative of the people. Failure to address at least 50% of these issues will be enough to justify a recall election for the remainder of my term.

I am aware that failure to sign this document

is an invitation in the next election for a replacement.
